If you want super fresh and tasty sushi Sushi Ren is the place to go! I got my usual California Roll, two pieces of shrimp and two pieces of eel. I loved that the rice was fluffy and moist which is never the case when you buy sushi in a store. The eel was cooked to perfection. It was so tender and they topped it with just the right amount of sauce. I had the Shrimp Shumai for an appetizer. There was so much flavor. They served it nice and hot and the vinaigrette sauce was a unique and delicious accompaniment. But what impressed me the most was the wait staff. I was on my own and they were very attentive. They took my order right away and a separate person stopped by to make sure everything was to my liking. A customer eating outside came in to give them a secret dessert order for her guest who was celebrating their birthday. I could tell they were not only eager to help her make it a special evening but there was also a genuine excitement. I was so happy I decided to stop here for dinner and look forward to my next visit!

This has been our go-to spot for sushi for years for both take-out & dining in. Always fresh, delicious & consistent. This is the perfect place to go if you want a calm, quiet vibe. Everyone is attentive & efficient. They have the fastest delivery of anywhere we have ever ordered from & package everything so carefully. Absolutely love Sushi Ren!
Let me just start by saying, this place is AMAZING! My parents moved to the area this past summer, and every time I've come to visit them, I've walked past this place but had never gotten to try it. Tonight, I had a friend come in from Jersey and I finally got to try it. When we first walked in, it was so peaceful. It's quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive. And last but not least, the FOOD! My salad and sushi were both amazing, the green tea was smooth and refreshing, and the fried rice was easily some of the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant. Tell your family and friends about it. Will definitely be coming back!

Sushi Ren is a Japanese restaurant which as the name implies specializes in Sushi. Me and my girlfriend shared a lot of delicious rolls Mango Shrimp Roll Spicy Scallop Roll Spider Roll - Crab, Cucumber, Spicy Mayo Twin Salmon - Avocado The Sushi tasted delicious and fresh! I enjoyed especially the Spider Roll which I don't have too often.
Sushi Ren is a nice little spot on the Upper East Side, located off of 2nd Avenue. The sushi rolls are great, as well as the appetizers. The staff are really kind & accommodating and the atmosphere is nice as well! I'd definitely return here. Highly recommend!
